One giant gathering, downtown in the heart of our beautiful city, at the Sydney Entertainment Centre, and the following week at the intimate Hillsong Convention Centre.

This creates fantastic choice for those who love the vibe, excitement and convenience of Sydney; and those who love the atmosphere and wonder created in "our own house".

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that people's circumstances can change and provide the following alternatives to assist you. Cancellations or transfers (subject to availability) can be arranged, by writing to the Colour Conference Office before 1st February 2012. You are able to transfer your registration (only once) to another person or to the following conference year, at no extra cost. Registrations can be cancelled and refunded for an administration cost of $40 per person. Please note that refunds are not available for transferred registrations. From time to time, there may be a need for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to this policy. If this is the case, please contact our office to discuss this further. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.

Car Park Tickets

You can pre-purchase your car park tickets for Wilson Car Park (right next to the Sydney Entertainment Centre).

Car Park tickets are $45 for 3x single entry tickets, one per day

Colour Kids

You can register your child by filling in a Colour Kids registration form. Due to children being minors, we are unable to allow children to be registered over the internet as we require parental/guardian signatures on the form. Therefore, you will need to fill out a registration form and post it to our office with payment.

Please fill in one per form per child and send it to: Colour Conference, PO Box 1195, Castle Hill, NSW 1765. Alternatively you can fax it to us on (02) 9894 6454 or email the scanned form to colourconference@hillsong.com

Interpreting Service

Please note that ALL ADULT sessions will be in ENGLISH. If you require translation, it will cost $45 per person for the entire week. Your group must request this in writing to colourconference@hillsong.com prior to 1st February 2012. Please note: limited languages and seats available, and only in main sessions. The Colour Kids Conference sessions are in English only - translation is not available for these sessions.

Seating

If you require special seating (for medical conditions) for the conference please put your request in writing with supporting documentation by 1st February 2012.

Visas

If you require assistance with a visa to attend the conference, please contact the conference office in writing by 1st January 2012. No assistance will be given after this date. Assistance will come in the form of a confirmation letter sent to you via fax and the Colour Conference Office will notify Australian Immigration on your behalf of your intention to attend Colour Conference 2012.
