Conference One
Registrations are no longer available online, however, you can still register as there are places available. Please come to the Registrations Area, located in the Marquee outside Gate F (Haymarket side of the Sydney Entertainment Centre) on Thursday 11th March from 12pm onwards to register.
Conference Two
at the Hillsong Convention Centre has reached it’s capacity. However, there is still room for you at Conference ONE at the Sydney Entertainment Centre.
We encourage you to get a ‘wriggle on’ and register early to avoid disappointment, it wont be the same without you.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
A fee of $40 per person will apply to any cancellation made before 1 February 2010. No refund will be made after this date. The Colour Conference Office must be advised in writing of any transfer, cancellation or change to your registration before 1 February 2010 subject to availability. You are able to transfer your registration only once to either another person, to the following conference year or between additional conferences, excluding registrations purchased at the Conference Special Rate. Please note that refunds are not available for transferred registrations. Registrations purchased at the Conference Special Rate are only valid for Colour 2010 and are not transferrable or refundable. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.
Group Registrations
(1) Those who have registered 10 or more adults and have not provided full details of each group member must provide those details by 15th October 2009, or those registrations will be considered invalid. (2) For groups of 20 or more, you will not be able to merge your group with another.
Translations
Please note that ALL ADULT sessions will be in ENGLISH. If you require translation, it will cost $35 per person for the entire week. Your group must request this in writing to colourconference@hillsong.com prior to 1st February 2010. Please note: limited languages and seats available, and only in main sessions. The Colour Kids Conference sessions are in English only - translation is not available for these sessions.
Visas
If you require assistance with a visa to attend the conference, please contact the conference office in writing by 1st January 2010. No assistance will be given after this date. Assistance will come in the form of a confirmation letter sent to you via fax and the Colour Conference Office will notify Australian Immigration on your behalf of your intention to attend Colour Conference 2010.
Seating
Please register together to sit together. The group you register with is who you will be seated with. Please take this into consideration when registering your children. If you require special seating (for medical conditions) for the conference please put your request in writing with supporting documentation by 1st February 2010. You are entitled to one (1) carer, family member or friend to sit with you. Please name this already registered delegate in your request. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.
Conference Group Leader
Who you register with is who you will be seated with for the Conference. Please ensure your group registers in the same transaction and selects the same Group Leader. Your nominated Group Leader must be a delegate in your group who you give permission to access your registration information and make decisions on your behalf regarding your registration for the conference.

If the country you registering from is not listed in the 'countries' section of the online registration form, you will need to print out a registration form and post it in to our office with an attached bank cheque or money order in Australian dollars.

If you have already registered for Colour '10 you can log in and view your registration information. Please note that the contents on this page are to view only. You will need the access key you were sent at the time of your registration to view your details online.
Access keys are automatically assigned to delegates registering online. If you have forgotten your access key, please contact the Conference Office on +61 2 8853 5315.
