Getting There
 

Wembley Arena is accessible from any of London’s five main airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, London City & Luton), and from within London via the Underground (tube) and mainline rail services. Located right by Wembley Stadium, Wembley Arena is accessible by London Underground’s Jubilee Line, Metropolitan line and Bakerloo lines that stop at either Wembley Park or Wembley Central tube stations. Translations
 

Colour sessions in London are in English however live translations are available in French, German, Portuguese, Hungarian, Spanish and Greek and other languages could be offered by request.  Please make your request in writing by the 9th March to colour@hillsong.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Colour Kids sessions are in English only. Translation is not available for these sessions. 

Coming Alone
 

Upon registration let us know that you would like to be a part of what we call THE MEETING PLACE, which is designed for us to connect with you and so many other women just like you. We will contact you before conference to say hi and also to let you know where and when to meet at conference so we can enjoy the experience together! So many great stories come out of the Meeting Place each year and our fun and friendly team will take good care of you along with many others you’ll feel right at home in no time! Colour Kids
 

During Colour there will be an amazing programme prepared by the Colour Kids team specifically for your children. They will experience a conference full of moments that will inspire their little hearts to follow God whilst making new friends, both with our magnificent leaders and other beautiful children. Colour Kids is available for children aged 1 year & walking, right through to Grade 6 at school (12 years old) during Colour Conference sessions.

Colour Mums with Babies
 

Beautiful & relaxing parenting rooms will be available at every session of Colour Conference for you and your baby. There will be live links to all the sessions, access to change tables, feeding facilities and a sleeping area.

TLC (special needs, pregnant, mobility impaired, hearing impaired, elderly)
 

If you are a delegate that may need some extra TLC, we want to make Colour Conference enjoyable for you! Please contact our Conference Office if you are very pregnant, suffer from a severe illness or ailment, require wheelchair or disabled access, require sign language for hearing impairment or feel you are entitled to enjoy the benefits of being 65+, and we will do our very best to assist you. Full details of this policy are contained in the terms and conditions forming part of the application; they should be read carefully before applying.

Seating
 

Seating for this year’s Colour Conference, is not specifically allocated, so you can sit wherever you choose when you get inside the arena. You will receive an E-Ticket once you have registered and fitted with a wristband on arrival at Wembley Arena, which will be your access into the venue each day, so keep it in a safe place once you receive it. We will email E-tickets out from the beginning of April 2012, so those who register before April will receive these in plenty of time.

If you don’t receive your E-tickets for Colour before 24th April 2012, don’t worry, you can come early and we will issue you with one on the day. If you have lost or forgotten your ticket there will be a replacement fee of £5 to re-issue your replacement. If you require special seating (for medical conditions) for the conference please put your request in writing with supporting documentation by 9th March 2012. Persons requiring special seating are entitled to one (1) carer, family member or friend to sit with. Please name this already registered delegate in your request. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy.

Visas
 

If you require assistance with a visa to attend the conference, please contact the conference office in writing by 9th March 2012. No assistance can be provided after this date. Should your visa application be declined, Hillsong does not accept any responsibility for any losses incurred, including, but not limited to, refund of your conference registration, flights and/or accommodating booked for the conference. Your can however, transfer your registration to the following year or to another person.
