Colour Conference is an incredible time to get together with your girlfriends, so why not bring a group of your own?
As a group leader, you’ll have support from a friendly group concierge dedicated to serving you and your girls.
If you’re not sure who to invite, why don’t you consider women from your church, your work, your neighbourhood, your kid’s schools, or your favourite restaurant?
As a group leader, here is what you can expect from us:
Conference Promotional Pack
Designed with you in mind, the Colour Conference resource pack is filled with DVDs, posters, registration forms and more. Click here to order yours.
Invitations
During Colour, you’ll be invited to special events just for Group Leaders. These gatherings are our opportunity to say thank you to group leaders and introduce you to the Hillsong team.
Group Concierge
During Colour, your very own concierge will will be on hand to serve YOU. Your friendly concierge can assist with group registrations, program information and anything else you need over the conference.
Reserved Seating
Bringing so many girls can result in sore feet from all that running around! As a special help to some of the largest groups at Colour, we have reserved seating. Spaces are limited and groups that qualify will be contacted prior to conference with more information.

Great! To start your group all you have to do is:
- Register yourself!
- Register your girls! Simply ask the girls in your group to note you as the nominated group leader.
- Request your Promotional Pack and spread the word!

Jen Harding
Jen is originally from Wales and has been planted in Hillsong Church since 2006. After completing her degree in Theology in 2010, Jen came on staff with Hillsong. As group concierge, Jen will be delighted to serve you, to make your conference experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Jen is a passionate skier, and in her spare time she likes to teach herself European languages.

Josh O’Rourke
Josh is passionate about the local church and has served at the Hillsong Conferences for more than a decade. He recently joined the Hillsong staff as the Director of Conference Partnerships with a focus on the continued growth and impact of Colour and Hillsong Conference. Josh worked as an investigator with Australian Customs and Board Protection Service before joining Compassion Australia as the National Manager of Event and Artist Fundraising.

Juliane Heck
Juliane is studying pastoral leadership at Hillsong College. Originally from Germany, Juliane worked as a nurse for several years before coming to study in Australia. Juliane is passionate about her relationship with God, and will be glad to assist you and your group.

- What is a group leader?
A Group Leader is a nominated representative of a church or a group of people. This person will act as the administrator of a group’s registrations. Group leaders have the ability to request changes for anyone in their group. Due to privacy laws, we can only speak with the delegate or the group leader.
- How do I register a group for Colour Conference?
Please print and fill out a registration form for each delegate, and then send the registration forms, along with the payment, to our office. Please be sure to fill out the group leader section of the registration form. Please note that the group leader should be a registering delegate, and not a church or organisation name.
- What is the Colour Conference Group Concierge Service?
Our new Group Concierge Service is designed to make it as seamless as possible for you to gather and organize your group.
Our wonderful concierges, Josh and Jen, are here to support you in any way possible. Whether answering your general questions about Colour Conference, giving advice on transport and accommodation in the local area, or assisting you with registration-related queries for your group members, it is our pleasure to serve you! - Will my group qualify for reserved seating?
Colour Conference provides general (unallocated) seating, so that friends and groups can sit together. Your group will receive the same colour armband, and will give you priority access to preferred lower level seating for certain sessions at the conference.We are pleased to offer reserved group seating for groups of fifty or more, subject to availability. Spaces are limited so register your group of fifty or more as early as possible.
