About The Conference

Once you have registered the registrations team will send you your coloured armband in the post. In the event that you do not receive your armband before the conference begins, you can pick it up at the registrations area upon arrival. Your armband is your access to conference – so make sure you don’t lose it ☺

GROUP REGISTRATIONS
To register as a group you can download the registration forms by clicking here, decide on a group leader and send all registration forms in together. Groups that registered together under the same group leader name will have the same colour armband.

We all know that it is often quite daunting attending conference on your own, and this year you don’t have to… The meeting place is for you to meet and make some new friends!!!

If you would love to enjoy Colour with your new friends – we are looking forward to hearing from you. We want to make Conference possible for you! We know that there are some women who are going to need some extra TLC to be able to enjoy or even attend Colour this year. The TLC lounge is accessible for those who are very pregnant, suffer from a severe illness or ailment, require wheelchair or disabled access, require sign language for hearing impairment or feel you’re entitled to enjoy the benefits of being 65+. Please contact our Registrations Office and we will do our very best to assist you.

During Colour there will be an amazing program prepared by the Colour Kids team specifically for your children. They will experience a conference full of moments that will inspire their little hearts to follow God whilst making new friends, both with our magnificent leaders and other beautiful children.

Colour Kids runs during the morning and evening rallies. The afternoon break is free for you to spend with your child, relaxing and making new friends.

Cubby House: Toddlers 1 - 2 years of age
The Ark: Preschool, 3 - 5 years of age
Fun House: Primary Age, Kindergarten & Grade 1 at school
All Stars: Primary Age, Grade 2 to Grade 4 at school
Voltage: Primary Age, Grade 5 & Grade 6 at school

Food: Children will need to bring a packed morning tea and lunch each day. (Please ensure that the food you provide for your children is nutritious and nut-free).

Cubby House Children: You will need to provide all sleeping gear (cot/pram, sheets/blanket) for your child, plus a spare change of clothes. We are unable to change your child's nappy.

All Stars & Voltage Children: Your children have the opportunity to participate in exciting activities during the program, so please ensure they have comfortable shoes and clothing as well as any snacks & drinks they might need. There will be an opportunity for them to purchase snacks also.

The idea of a conference plus a new baby, pram, feeding times, bags and nappies can be a daunting thought, we know, but don’t let the newness of your season be a reason to stay away or miss out. Throughout the Colour Conference, beautiful parenting room facilities will be available to you to feed and change your babies. All the Colour sessions will be played on screens in the parenting rooms and you'll be surrounded by hosts that will endeavour to make your Colour experience memorable.

Valet Pram Parking facilities are also available for Mums with prams, as pram parking within the venue is restricted.
